bugy

hi, my current block got an o-ring work on deck surface, o-ring to cylinder distance is .060", i'm about to bore it, currently bore 4.155, wanted bore 4.195" so o-ring will finish with .040" distance to cylinder, would that be an issue? is there a safe number for this?
