408 New Edge! Hey guys just starting a swap in my new edge! No picks just yet as I'm buying parts at the moment but will be updating! Plan is:
Forged 408 stroker
EPS cam 23x/24x
243 heads
Professional Products 96mm intake/tb
T56
Full exhaust with E-cutouts
3.73s in my 8.8 already
Trying to find LTs and T56 for the swap...already have motor bought...intake bought!
Cant wait to get this thing runnin...gonna be a wolf in sheep's clothing

Will update with pics soon. Hopin to improve on the 310hp 2v i used to have...muah hahaha!
Been researching this forum day and night and you all are great!
Any tips is well appreciated as well

to rename your thread go to the conversions and hybrids page, find your post and make sure you are logged in to your account. Double click right next to the title of your thread (not to actually enter your thread) and it will put a white box around your title so you can change it to anything you want!

Blackpanther it's a 2001 gt! Thought it was pretty rare..I'm a horsepower guy...i have no loyalty to any one company so i figured i love the look of my car...why not let it perform as good as it looks!

Nothing sad about it! I'm doing pretty much the same thing. LY6 into my '03GT with tubular K member, A-arms, motor plate, mid plate, powerglide, fogger, pro systems carb with vic jr, arp bolts & head studs, LS3 heads & custom cam ground thru Comp Cams. We should both be happy when the swap is over!! Now, if I could just find a set of used headers lol.

Ill post pics here in a bit...damn computer is actin up.
But yep we should be very happy id say with our setups! And I've been searching forever to find a used set...but to no avail...didn't think they'd be THAT hard to find lol
