1 owner 98 T/A A4 BONE STOCK 141K Looking at a 98 BONE STOCK 1 owner T/A here. has 141 on it. non-ws6 car. Has leather and all the fixings. Condition wise its an8/10 for the year and miles. What would you pay for it?

It's always nice to find a one-owner in decent condition. If no serious issues with the car, and no immediate needs for tires or repairs, I would feel comfortable paying in the $4,900 - $5,500 range. If you find problems of any sort, use them for negotiating purposes to lower the price. What is the seller asking?
Your description is rather skimpy with details for real accurate pricing so if there is something important, please mention it (like paint problems, dents, torn seats, accident history). 141,000 miles (even if easy miles) can take a toll on many of the car's components. You have to think of future costs.

Interior is clean with typical wear on the drivers seat, no rips. The paint is good, few minor nicks on the front bumper, could use a good buff. No accident history on carfax. They are asking $4950 for it.

That's certainly in the price range I posted earlier. Sounds like you are good to go. You might even get it for less. No harm is making a lower offer in person with cash in hand. Good luck!
