So I was walking up the street when I crossed paths with one of my neighbors. He owns a 99 Formula ls1/t56. Long story short hes been having to add oil on a weekly basis. A local repair shop told him the block is cracked and pissing oil. He planned to keep the car and park it but has since decided to let it go. It has 220k on it so even if the shop is wrong i could see it burning a lot of oil. He said $1000.00 and its mine. Aside from the possible motor issue that car looks like a 220k 99 Formula. Paint isn't great. Needs a windshield. Other than that theres no obvious body issues.

I don't think $1000 is a bad deal even if it needs a motor. I just finished up swapping an ls1 into my v6 camaro so pulling the motor is no big deal.
