Default when a TC goes in....

when i get my TC put in i dont want to get a flush becuase i have friends who lost there trannys after a flush. plus i remeber the thread "to flush or not to flush" do you think it is bad to change the filter, or do i want that to stay in there?

I change my fluid and filter everytime I have to break into the tranny. Better safe than sorry and its only like $20 for the filter and rubber gasket from NAPA.
