Default nitrous tuning question?

I was planning to take my car to get a professional dyno tune but I have the opportunity to get a hand held tuner for cheap that can pull timing and still store my all motor tune. Would I be good spraying on just pulled timing or are there other things I should check first. Going to spray a 100 shot possibly 125. Is pulling 4* enough? Have new br7ef plugs, what should I gap them. Bolt-ons car 6 speed, wet shot.

the tuner is an sct 9500

gap them to 28
I personally would take it to a tuner, hand helds have never worked great for me in the past.

You might see if your tuner can tune with the hand held. Its not a bad idea to have a hand held. They can do what you need as far as pulling timing.

I think we have talked about it before but make sure that you have a fuel system (pump) to support the amount of nitrous you are looking to spray.
