Default 1995 BMW M3 LS2 Swap Wiring

I'm in the home stretch and have a few questions regarding final wiring. The first four of the following wires are right now powered via an ingition switched, fused power source and the car will start. On the LT1swap.com page it shows the first 4 as "input" but the other two as output.

http://www.lt1swap.com/ls1_wiring_ha...connectors.htm

I wasn't so sure I wanted to put power to two wires marked output. And the car runs fine without them. Can anyone shed some light on where these two wires lead to?

Connector/Wire - Circuit - Function

C100-A - Circuit 639 - Input

C100-G - Circuit 239 - Input

C101-B - Circuit 839 - Input

C101-E - Circuit 439 - Input

C105-B - Circuit 539 - Output

C220-C - Circuit 539 - Output

More on the car/swap if anyone's interested.

What'd you have to do to convert to DBC from DBW? Awesome build btw! Why paint the bay but not the new body panels?

Never had any DBW components to start with. It's a LS2 with LS1 harness and PCM. I started with a bare LS2 short block & heads.
The entire car is going to get torn down and resprayed next winter. At this point I want to drive it. I thought it was going to be on the road last summer but I suffered some set backs.

Very nice!

Headers and subframe by whom?

Clearance at the steering shaft?

Stick or auto?

It's my next swap only as a vert.

Headers, engine mounts and trans mount are Nash parts. Trans is GTO T56, shifter converted to F Body position. The subframe is stock, reinforced, blasted and powder coated. The headers are made to work with the stock steering shaft, no clearance issues.
