I have a 08 silverado vortec max with the 6.0 its a 4x4 and my tow rig. The cam and lifters failed a few days ago and now its at gm getting warrantied. The service manager used to work with me at pontiac and is changing it for me. However i was wondering if there is a cam i can get through gm that would keep AFM (displacement on demand) and the VVT and give me some more power. Do they even make such a thing? any help is appreciated

texas speed and performance offers some vvt cams. i would recommend you contact them for advice on what you wanna do....
