I would say that is the max. Dont see any reason why you couldnt reach your goal.

Theres been a handful of ppl that have made that much power with that turbo already.

May not make 650hp but it is definitely capable of 9's.

I have the same setup but a locked 4l80e and e85 how much you guys think ill be making on 18psi on 706 heads though... Ill be tuning it in a few weeks
