What is actually limiting it from taking a larger jet?
How much does it cost to be able to use a larger jet?

Also, if you go from a 150 shot to a 200 shot, does the engine need to be re-dyno tuned?

If you're going to spray a 200 shot, you probably won't want to do that on straight 93 Octane. You won't NEED a re-tune, but it would be ideal. You might also want to upgrade fuel pumps and think about putting a slightly larger jet in the fuel side of the kit just to keep things on the safe side. You'd hate to blow up that expensive 436 Super-Stroker.
EDIT: Also, you might want to think about ordering bigger solenoids for the 200 shot. Even though I'm sure TNT will tell you that you'll be okay, I would option for the larger solenoid, just to be on the safe side.

So, all Im have to do is change the jets on an F1 TNT kit to be able to spray a larger shot? Also, change the noids and fuel jets.
So, will that basically make it an F2 system?

Check out Derty's article on www.derty.org about his standalone fuel system. It's a GREAT place to start.

I'm pretty sure all the F1's now come with the big noids. Mine did, and I bought it about 6 months ago. After talking to TNT about jetting up I was told that the F1 kit's -4 feed line becomes the limiting factor above 150. Swapping in a -6 feed line and bigger jets should most likely do the trick.

Actually the F2 kit used to the same as the F1 kit, other than jets. But the F2 kit was recently revised (they should call it a F3 kit now).
the standard F1 kit will work up to about 250 rwhp.
The new revised F2 kit, comes with 6an feed line, moves the 6an n20 filter up to the engine bay and uses larger solenoids, it also replaces the 3an lines that ran to each fogger with 4an lines now. It is now adjustable to 350 rwhp.

Yes.
You'll need to buy the larger jets for the bigger shot (About 10 bucks for a pair of jets), and perhaps a bigger fuel solenoid, which runs about $120 bucks. If you're not going to spray anything over 200 you will be fine with the solenoid that you'll be getting with the kit.

Correction to kingcrapbox's post: You will not have to purchase anything larger on a F1 kit to spray a 250. Only the jets. The larger solenoids are only in the newly revised f2 kit that sprays upto 350 rwhp.

I suggested he buy the bigger solenoid to make sure that all of his fuel is there when he needs it, it's not a necessity, but a wise purchase if he wants to minimize the risks.

I heard this straight from TNT. " A 4-AN line will not support more than 150 shot" If you want to get more than 150hp from a nitrous kit I would invest in a 6-AN line.

You couldnt have heard that from TNT. I deal with them all the time. I spent hours on the phone with them just this last week going over several kits i was doing for customers.
A 6an line is a good idea, but not at all nessesary. Ive had tons of cars put down 200-225 rwhp on a 4an line.
