Default Help! horrible stumbling issues at low RPM

As the title states i have horrible stumbling issues at low RPMs. Say when im driving in town and have to stop and go constantly
at stop lights it will stumble over itself until it gets to about 3000 RPM then it runs smooth and fine. It jerks around horribly trying to get on its feet.
I have no problem driving on highways.

This is a ls1 swap. The motor and the engine harness is from 99 z28 that is the only wiring from a different year in the car.
The computer is from a 2000 z28 and it has vats and all emissions deleted as well as rear o2s.
this swap went into a 98 camaro.

i pulled the codes and it gave me p0102 (maf circuit low) and p0118 (ect circuit high input)
Any ideas or input before i go buying parts to fix the problem would be helpful.
