If the title is clean and no Carfax issues, then $11,000 - $11,500 should be about the right price for both you and the seller. If it needs things, like tires, brakes, etc.. then the price should be lower. Make sure the tranny and clutch are OK as these are big $$ outlays if something is wrong. If you absolutely love the car, and it needs nothing, then $12,000 would be certainly OK. Good luck!
