Got my kit wired and it halfway works i tested it with the nozzle out thank god but I have it set to spray at 1300 on 1700 off just to make sure it's working and it sprays but if I take it to say 2000 Rpms when it comes back thru the window it sprays again. Also if I take my car to redline and look at my tps voltage and rpm it says I turned my car 6900 Rpms when my tach says 6000 but my rpms on the switch are correct if I just slowly rev it out any ideas what my problem is

so does it start spraying again at 2000??

You might need to relearn your TPS on the window switch.

Yeah it will spray the window i set but it also sprays again with the Rpms comin back down in the window also so it would spray say 4000 to 6000 and I shift at 6200 then when I slow back down it would spray 6000 till 4000 potentially blowing my engine

the issue is with your WoT detection or lack of....the switch is activating off RPM only

double check all wiring connections...tps voltage/micro switch...and the settings used in the window switch

FYI:
On my NOS MINI, if using the tach output from PCM, it had to be set in 4 CYL mode to indicate the correct RPM. If attached to a coil ground, I believe its set to 1.

What chopstix said. Sounds like a programing problem on the TPS. Check and report what you have set on it.

the nice thing about that style of controller, it will show you the signal output changes on the display for testing and verification

I think what was going on was the tps voltage was off on the controller once I got it where I needed it works like a charm. Tps voltage a wot is 4.6 so i set it at 4.4 is that correct?

Bottle pressure on the first spray was around 900psi and I was like 125hp shot my *** felt like 30hp so I drove around some and got the psi up and it hit alot better at 950psi till 3rd blew is 1000psi to high? What should my pressure be at for best results
