New LS1 Owners - Newbie Tech - Question about Signature

Hey,
I'm wanting to put a pic in my signature but as you can see it just puts a link.

I used the following in my sig

well the img tags aren't showing but you get the idea img /img with the [] around them.

what did i do wrong??

you have to upload it to a free pic hosing web site, do a search.

yep, the image file needs to have a .jpg or .gif at the end of the link for the IMG function to work.
