Well i have a slow leak in my stock rim, it looses about 2 psi/day. Its not where the tires mount its a literal hole (pinhole sized) on the outside of the tire, on the rim itself, about 2 inches away from the stem valve.
Is there any tricks/DIY things i can do to fix it without making a mess? I was thinking maybe epoxy or super glue but dont think thatll hold.

On a serious note... you could try to put some JB Weld on it or a very light tack weld on the inside of the wheel.

Time for new rims unless professinally repaired, which is close to $200 per rim. You don't want to be driving high speed anywhere and have a rapid loss of pressure. It can happen. The small hole is going to get bigger in time. A half-a$$ repair has the potential to be quite dangerous. Two pounds per day is a lot!

Damn...didnt want to but i kind of was prepared for it. Probably going to get the black 17" C6Z06 rims from OEWHEELS, unfortunately i have 4 brand new tires on my stock rims, should the fit or am i SOL on that too?

If the tires are truly 'brand new' then see if the tire dealer will cut you some slack on a new set in the right size. Either that or get the rim size that will fit your new rubber. It depends what you desire the most and what you just spent. Are the new tires an $800 Goodyear set or a set of el cheapo $400 tires?? That might influence your decision too. Best of luck! You will enjoy your new set-up no matter which choice you make. Leaks are awful and you end up spending way too much time dwelling on that instead of enjoying your ride.
