Default milling my heads

How much can I mill my heads before I run into issues with my intake not fitting/bolts not lining up?

ive heard of .045 but id rather be on safe side and go maximum of .030. when i say safe side, i am referring to not only intake sealing issues but ptv issues. you can always go .030 and try some cometics .040 head gaskets.

most important to remember is once you take off you cant add back to heads. sure you could run thicker than stock gaskets but i wouldnt.
