Default Francis E Warren AFB, WY

USAF wants me to have a new home in WY. Anybody here station to this base or been stationed?

Any info would be helpful... I know I'm going to need to get another vehicle, 4WD for the snow there.

Missiles, cop, med group or other?... I spent 19 good years in Up State NY growing up in snow, 3 short years at Minot and 4 extremely long years at Hill. You don't need 4WD,.... all you need is FWD.

suprisingly there is a small car scene up there. I just left from F.E. not too long ago.

Not really any LSX shops around though... most of them are pricey..

There are days when its really nice to take the fbody out..

you dont really need a 4x4 or AWD..But its nice to have though.

I should have said and be more specific, 4WD SUV for my family to fit 5 comfortably. Yes, 4WD isn't necessary but it's a safety blanket to know they'll be okay/better on snow/icy road conditions.

Thanks for the replies.

Looks like all the speed shops are mostly import oriented and all in Denver, Colorado.
