96 Z28 Throttle not working 96 Camaro V8- Traction Control and Cruise control will not accelerate. Pushing pedal throttle butterfly barely opens. TBI has been cleaned. No codes . ..Can manually open throttle @TBI. Rotating the cable (where the three cables are), it will only partically move (less that a 1/8th inch barely opening the butterfly). Any serious recommendations to troubleshoot and resolve?
