Right now I have a small turbo kit on my car already running. My car is a 96 Impala SS with a 100k mile stock motor. I know its a ticking time bomb so i wanted to prepare myself. With lots of good used cams around I was wondering if any of the basic off the shelf cam would be a good basic upgraded cam. New motor is a 355ci dished pistonwith around 9:1 compression with a set of pocket ported aluminum heads setup for hotcam already. Im not looking for a big power car just a good street beater. would any of the basic cams work
