A '96 trans was usually (always) a PWM - Pulse Width Modulation - for the TCC. A '94 was not PWM. Changing from non-PWM to PWM would require a different pump, a different valve body and they parts you listed. (And I am probably forgetting something). GM made significant changes between '94 and '96.
Why are you trying to do this?

Since I don't know much about LT1 and I just googled what "24x meant", I'm kinda guessing that you need a '96 trans because that is what the 24x PCM expects.
Besides the change to a PWM TCC valve, the '96 trans changed AWAY from a PWM 3-2 downshift solenoid to an on/off solenoid. Reading page 33 of the ATSG "Update" manual, it also sounds like the valve body and separator plate changed for '96. This ATSG manual states "None of the parts listed above will interchange with one another". In other words, I don't think you can change a '94 into a '96 without changing the pump, valve body and various solenoids.
I'm only guessing here, but the '94 might work with the PCM if you disable some error codes. Again, just a guess.
Edit: On second thought, using a PWM solenoid in place of an on/off solenoid (and vice versa) will not work.
You might consider selling your '94 on Craigslist and buying a '96 or '97. Anything behind a high power LT1 should be rebuilt with some performance parts including a stronger sun shell.
Perhaps that helps.
Anyone else have more info or corrections?
