Default Ls3 cam retainer plate bolts don't fit ly6 (gen iv iron) block....?

I purchased a new camshaft retainer plate and retainer plate bolts using ls3 part numbers, but the torx head bolts are too small. What bolts do I need for the ly6, and is the cam retainer plate the same between the two? (appears to work)

Well maybe it's a parts guy mistake... sack says 11517110, but my receipt says 11561455

IIRC, all replacement retainer plates come with countersunk torx-head bolts, so the earlier hex-head bolts will not work. I thought the plate came with new bolts?

It was just a mix up by the parts counter guy. He rang me up for the right bolts on my bill, but pulled the wrong ones from the back. Swapped them out for the correct bolts (still tapered torx) and they worked fine. When I bought the plate from the dealer, it was sealed solo in a plastic bag.
