This product is now discontinued from Nitrous Outlet. It has been modified to fit under a factory or aftermarket hood (it did not come close when I bought it). It also has two vacuum ports that can be used or capped off if you don't need them.
This sheet metal intake is made to fit the Victor E, and Super Vic style intakes.
Asking $360 shipped.

You may need to be more specific. They only come in one size. But this one has been modified to clearance a stock and aftermarket hood.
From the base of the flange to the highest point is 4 1/4 inches. From the front of the flange to the part that meets the throttle body is 7 3/4 inches. I had it on my super Vic EFI intake and it cleared my aftermarket hood (which sits lower than a factory hood). The Vic Jr intake is smaller than the Super Vic intake so you would have even more room with that intake.
I will garuntee hood clearance with any of these combos.

Which part? It is meant to mount flush to an LT1 TB. I looked at doing an LS1 style throttle body, but even the largest made didn't flow as much CFM as the LT1 monoblade TB.
If you need the measurements of the openings of the flanges, I can get that as well.

Ah I guess I should have look at at the pics then I would have realizes it was for an lt1 style tb. If you could get the size on the intake side that would be nice.
