Selling my 2004 Volkswagen Jetta GLI 1.8T. This car comes with the 6 speed manual trans and is one of the best looking jettas out there. It is equipped with the recarco racing seats and the digital readout on the dash. I had just recently gotten the car for college but I have decided that I don't like driving a manual everyday. My loss is your gain ! Just passed MD inspection passed with absolutely flawlessly, I also took the car to a VW shop and had everything checked over mechanically wise and everything is good to go. I did no mods to the car myself all were done by the previous owner I do have a record book of just about every single receipt, service, and extras for the car. I also have a digital copy. The 1.8T motors are notorious for sludge but this motor has always ran synthetic and has had the valve cover pulled and checked. I have put about 500 miles on the car and I love it, it has power in every gear handles well, brakes well, VERY GOOD ON GAS. I average about 23mpg in town and mid 30s on the highway. A perfect car for someone who does not mind shifting gears. other than 3 pinky size dents on the trunk the car is absolutely blemish free inside and out under the hood and underneath the car.
