Factory clutch release point measurment ??

Factory clutch release point measurment ?? Anyone no what distance the factory LS1 clucth releases at ??
I have a custom clutch that i've fitted, it has a release point of 9.5mm and it won't release , i've read that the slave stroke is approx 9.5 mm and my measurments are pretty close to this. So i assume there is not enough slave stroke to release the clutch.
The clutch builder can lower the pressure plate release point, so i would like to match the factory spec to ensure its within the correct operating range for the slave.
And yes i have have checked the slave/finger clearence and shimmed the slave to give 3mm (1/8")
