Default What RPMS should I be at in 6th for highway driving

If I'm doing 70 mph on the highway in 6th gear Im right around 1500 rpm. Seems normal but there is absolutey no power to it. in 5th doing 70 Im at 2k RPM and I can pass the annoying slow drivers in the left lane no probem without shifting. so I guess im asking

A. is 70mph in 6th @ 1500 rpm normal or hurting my engine somehow.

B. is 70mph in 5th @ 2k rpm hurting anything.

C. is either / or better for gas mileage.

Yes, that's normal. That is how gearing works.

Lets see an autp turn 15-1700 cruising down the highway.
My turbo car made mid 500's at the tire and with 28's its turning 16-1700 at 70.

Sounds normal. That said, do not use 6th to accellarate or pass because it lugs the motor which is hard on main bearings and IMO, possibly causes the 5/6 cluster gear splines in the tranny to start to fail causing the dreaded 5/6 high speed vibration.

Always downshift to 5th to pass or lightly accellerate.
