Default L92 Cam Phaser Bolt (valve) Question

I've been searching for over an hour and can't find the answer to this, so forgive me if this has been answered before.

I'm going to be installing a Comp Cams VVT cam and a phaser limiter kit in my L92. My question: Is the cam phaser bolt (sometimes referred to as a valve since it has oil passages in it) a TTY (torque-to-yield) or can it be reused?

Thanks. I thought so, but I couldn't find it in writing. Got one on order.
