Default 2000 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am WS.6

Year: 2000
Make: Pontiac
Model: Firebird
Price: $9000
Mileage: 126000
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): NC
Color: Silver
Transmission: Manual
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive
LS Engine?: Car has LS engine

Up for sale is a 2000 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am WS.6.
LS1 T-56. V8 Manual, 6 speed.
126,500 miles.
The Good:
Factory Hurst Shifter.
T-Tops.
SLP lid.
Superhawk hood. Very similar to a Firehawk hood.
Long tube headers, Magnaflow high flow catback.
Rear end rebuilt 5,000 miles ago.
Transmission rebuilt 3,000 miles ago. Texas Drivetrain and Performance did the rebuild. It is their Stage 2 kit. They specialize in T-56 diagnostics and rebuilding. Highest recommendation from LS1Tech.
New suspension (Koni Sport shocks, Strano Springs, Strano swaybars with new poly bushings) installed by Atlas Automotive 2,500 miles ago. This is THE best suspension to have, as specified by LS1Tech.
Quality ride and excellent handling.
Complete brake system refresh 2,500 miles ago. New calipers, rotors, and pads.
New tires 2,500 miles ago. Nitto NT555s on the front, Mickey Thompson Sportsmans on the rear.
New battery 7 months ago.
Tick Performance Clutch Master Cylinder installed 5 months ago. This fixes the common clutch pedal issue.
Car does not burn oil.
Car just passed inspection.
Car has T-Tops which do not leak.
Brass gears installed on headlights. Headlights have worked every time.
Car gets 30 mpg highway.
Average mpg from normal driving is 19.

The Bad:
The paint is in sub-par condition. It is not garage kept, and has seen the weather. Several small scratches and scuffs, and the clearcoat has chipped near the headlight and on the spoiler.
Front fender is slightly out of alignment and has some paint removed, due to previous owner backing into the car in his driveway.
The stock leather driver's seat has seen 126,000 miles. It is worn and could use a reupholstery. It is still very comfortable, just not perfect aesthetically.
The driver's side power window is slow to go up and down.

The car is not aesthetically perfect on the outside (though I do wash and wax it regularly, the paint is just beyond the point of looking perfect), but the drivetrain has been taken care of and maintained very well. This car will run for a long time to come.

I am selling it because I am looking to build an LSx Miata, and the majority of the price of the build will come from the sale of this car. The price is $9000.

NOT interested in negotiating. Please do not waste my time.

Would also consider trading for an 94-97 Miata and cash on top.
