Default 4l60e sluggish on 3-4 shift

Hey guys, I have a 4l60e trans (originally built by the idiots at monster, rebuilt correctly by a reputable local shop). Its hooked to a Yank 3600 stall. Hadn't drove it in about 2 months up until over the weekend to do a shake down run to test out some suspension mods. It may have just been my imagination since I haven't drove the car in so long but it seems to me that it was sluggish entering overdrive and at times almost feels like it has a slight drag to it like it was in a lower gear. Is there any diagnostic or check I can do to make sure its still functioning properly? It seemed like once everything got up to temp it went away but again i didn't really drive it long enough to make a full determination. Could it just be the cold and the fact it hasn't been driven in awhile? Thanks for the help.
