Default Adjusting Map Offest

I've read a bunch of threads on this and most perfer to not change this value or even calling it "hood rat tuning". I downloaded a Barometer app on my phone and gives a current reading based off of the phone. I'm using a GM 2 bar map sensor and I adjusted the offset from 10.33 to 8.33. With the KOEO I got a reading of 81kpa which was the same reading from my phone (5500ft).

Should I leave this value where it is now or should I change it back to 10.33? With the KOEO and 10.33 set as the offset I seen a value of 84kpa which was a little higher then what my phone reported.

With a 2 Bar MAP sensor, you need to adjust the MAP sensor scaler so that the KOEO value is the same as the KOEO value was with the stock sensor and stock scaler setting.
