Pretty good deal. Might have to snag me some...now I gotta hurry before the Koni brigade see this and start with the usual nonsense when alternative shocks are mentioned

I had KYB's a few years ago. Lasted about 300 miles and both rears blew out. Had bilsteins too. Now I have Koni's and I guess I'm apart of the Koni brigaide. Best money I've spent on my car next to the GMMG. Just my .02

Pretty typical of KYBs to blow out when lowered...usually doesn't take more than a couple thousand miles either.

GMMG...excellent choice.

how are they with stock springs? is it mainly the rears that are the issue?

I have a set on 98 WS6 with a Eibach pro-kit and they have been on there for 2 years now with no sagging and they work really well. So well that I just picked up a set off Amazon for $270 shipped for all four for my 02 WS6 to run with strano springs and will be installing this weekend. Had to order new strut mounts and they will be here today, if you want to see a pic I will post one once installed.

I don't receive much feedback from customers on those because we don't offer them...so usually it's people calling to complain about them and looking to upgrade. haha In those cases, I would say the typical customer sees them fail as a result of lowering. I don't think you'll have a problem with them. I'm sure they're an upgrade from the factory garbage DeCarbon shocks...but how much of an upgrade? Probably minimal at best. I wouldn't view them as a performance enhancement like a Bilstein, Koni, or Tokico would offer.

i've had kyb agx on my car since i bought it back in 2009, i haven't driven the car much within the last year and a half but they still feel just as great as when i first got the car, i'm also lowered on bmr springs that came with the car when i bought it also.
