Default help me choose a flywheel

There's so many different brands of flywheels out there, that I'm confused as to which is better over what. Theres billet steel, billet aluminum and forged chromoly. I haven't heard much about the molly FW, other than it's twice as strong as forged steel. I'm not looking for an aluminum FW, but leaning more so towards either the steel or molly FW.

The car it's in weighs 3030lbs with my fat *** inside, and will be running about 500whp with t56 and 4.08 gears, if that matters.

My question to you guys is, what brands should I be looking at and, more importantly, which ones should I stay away from. I'm also planing on using a McLeod RST twin disk.

Thanks in advance.
