2002 Mustang GT 4.6
Its my buddies car and he's finally realized his 4.6 isnt gonna cut it.Heading this weekend to pick up an LQ4 6.0 from a 2002 3/4 truck. Its got 59,000 miles on it. Complete motor with the computer and the works for $1400. Not going to get in too much of a rush with making the conversion. It needs to all work correctly as well as look half decent as well. How many people here have done this conversion and or can give me some advice on getting it done without hitting every problem imaginable? Also its going from an automatic to a T56 6 speed manual. Thanks guys. I hope you can help me out.

There are a lot of guys on here who have done this kind of swap, So if you cant find it using the search function just ask and im sure there will be someone who could help!
I have done a couple harnesses for this swap.
There is a forum for this kind of swap that was just started too, so there might be some good info there too.

I did this swap, it's really quite easy. Use the search function and you should find all the info you need. Your buddy will be so much happier with the LQ4 than that boat anchor 4.6.
