Default Forged 6.0 iron block buildup

I am going to build a forged iron block for my Procharger setup. Would you guys mill the heads, bore the block?

Would you leave all of that alone to have the compression ratio low and turn up ther boost.

I should be able to get the heads to flow more without milling them to raise the compression ratio. I was looking at getting the 6.0 heads with the 317 castings.

What do you guys think?

I want
6L LS1 Cast iron block (honing cyls, blueprinting, balancing)
Pistons (Dished for Boost, 4.030 bore, 3.622 stroker.)
Connecting rods
rod bearings
Main bearings
Comp-R Lifters
Comp 918 Valve springs
6L Truck heads
6L GM crankshaft

Thanks

Looks good. Should be a pretty good combo when completed. If you need any help a long the way, feel free to give us a call.

Thanks

u dont need comp R lifter with 918 valve springs... and if u go with comp Rs a lot of people have not had good results without adj rocker arms... though some people do get away without an adj rocker arm

Comp Cam says Comp R "REQUIRE" Adj Rocker Arms...

u dont want a higher compression ratio you will have to run less boost...

10+:1 probably be able to do 6psi ... u will get more HP from less CR and more boost than More CR and less boost...

And call APE if u get stumped they are muy knowledgable... and they will be able to point u in the right direction, depending on ur HP Application

FYI...
