Default 224/224 114 cam question

who all is running this cam?
on youtube it looks to be about a 75rwhp/60rwtq gain on ls1s and ls2s

what did you gain? what was your setup? bolt ons?
how much gas mileage did you loose?

There are better cams than that bud to take full advantage of those heads bud.

But your worried about MPG's? Lol and still want a 10.99 slip? Lol

I'd contact Ed Curtis or Brian Tooley to spec you out a cam. Just my .2 bud.

That cam will be a poor choice for LS3 heads. There are too many rect. port off the shelf grinds to choose from to be choosing a cam like that.

You guys would be shocked of what that cam would do.

Once you drive one with a single split your opinions will change.

That cam will work just fine.

Thats a perfect cam for a 5.3 on a heavy truck. It works great on heavy trucks

As mentioned above you can get a better cam that can make a little more power for a 6.oh
Contact Martin at Tick Performance for a Spec'd cam, he makes great cams.

Edit: not saying that 224 cam wont work. Just pointing out you can get something with more power productivity.

Just contact Tick performance and buy a Cam from them.

Being a shop owner, nothing more aggrivating than talking to someone Cam shopping and just wasting your time because they are not buying from you.
