Default Anyone used these lowering springs?

I am looking to lower my car and saw these. They have a great price and I know usually you get what you pay for. Just thought I would see if anyone has used them.

So I am going to assume that you have not used these springs. Thanks for the input though.

What he is trying to say is don't cheap out on something like this.
Try a search, those are rebadged eibach prokit springs. Not necessarily "bad" but for a measily $100 more you can have a way better spring. Im not talking just better quality, or just difference in height, but rather spring rate (very important for ride and handling). Prokit is a little too soft in the front (this does not necessarily mean a softer ride), has a progressive rear spring that is known for sagging that is also a little to soft IMO (again, not ride, spring rate).

What exactly are you looking to do? Just drop the car for looks? Handling? Does ride quality matter to you?

I have true duals so I can not drop the car a lot. The main thing i am looking for is to drop the car for looks.

i had prokit springs and they sucked absolute ***. so if these from Summit really are rebranded prokits then i say stay away. Stranos were also too low for my taste. car's stance looked gorgeous though. try SLP's springs if ride height is a problem with your true duals. they were on sale for 255 on Black Friday.

The summit springs are on my car.

The Bad
They are bad. Very harsh over even slight road cracks. I'm sure it's in part bc of the 100k mile stock shocks but nonetheless the ride is downright jarring. My fiance doesnt like riding in the car because of it. I consider myself to be pretty accommodating and able to live with certain shitty aspects when it comes to car stuff, but I could not recommend these to anyone. I'm saving now to replace them.

Also, I have a 3" y pipe and it sits so low I scrape on every speed bump and the littlest crests going into parking lots.

The Good
They look good. Came on the car so I didn't waste my own money buying them.

I have them.

They aren't the greatest you can buy, but frankly I don't regret the decision. If I DDed the car, I would have gone with something more spendy, but it doesn't see much action so they work fine for me.

I am thinking of taking a crack at the heater hose mod. Especially since I cant drop the car a lot. It might net me about a half inch to an inch.

I would recommend the Stanos or Hotchkis for a better spring. Those look cheap and prob have poor rates.
