Default Edelbrock Victor intake with elbow?

Will this combo be a better intake than my truck manifold?

depends on what's under it. Most are better off with an LS6.

My setup needs a high intake and I would like to move the turbo even higher that today.
And with that intake I think I could place the dump valve closer to the TB.

Is this the intake that has been giving people trouble with 7&8 cylinders?
