Default g body starter question

I have a l92 swapped into my cutlass and it was starting and running great then the starter started to act up it would click and struggle to start then engine so I replaced the starter then it worked for a few starts then started to do then same thing. I'm not sure if maybe I caught a bad starter again or another issue

Check battery connection at starter. Check grounds from battery to frame and frame to engine. Lastly, check the battery charge.

If the noise you are describing is a starter that wants to turn, but is turning slowly, then yes.
