Default what intake should i use for a ls1 to ls3 swap

what intake should i use there is a ls3 intake with rails and injectors local to me for 250 dollars should i buy it or get a l76

ls3/l76 = essentially same manifold

so, you can either buy one of those, or chuck up $850 for a fast.

6000 for a kinsler itb
