Default DBC Throttle Body?

I need to buy a DBC throttle body for my LS2, and have been looking at the holley 90mm with cable bracket. I like the holley because it comes with the bracket, and that is something I would have to fab up or buy in addition anyway. Just wanted to see if you guys would suggest anything else. Thanks for the time.

I've heard there are adapters to run the LS1 TB. May be cheap enough to consider.

Edelbrock is much cheaper, granted it doesn't come with bracket but we sell it for $100 less. Brackets can be purchased for $30. Just a thought.

I just bought a 4 bolt 92mm from Alper motorsports and mocked it up on my LS3 intake over the weekend. The quality looks good overall, not $400 good but still nice considering it was only $150. My only complaint is that the cam on the throttle body does not clear the truck water pump outlet, but you wouldnt have that problem with a car water pump. Doesnt come with a bracket but I was planning on making one anyways.

Turtle did that throttle body come with the TPS and IAC?

The one I ordered did not (costs extra if you want them included). I guess that is another important point for the OP to consider as the TPS and IAC in my case (2001 truck harness/ pcm) are ~$60 and ~$35 from rock auto. If you dont already have those parts on hand then that needs to factored into the price.

In my case I assumed the TPS off 2003 DBW truck intake was the same as the 2001 DBC truck and it was not, and the DBW throttle body does not use an IAC, so I will need to order them. The DBW TPS does physically bolt on to the Alper MS throttle body. For me its not worth $35 trying to mix and match sensors from different applications and change the connector on my harness.

Correct, you can buy the Alper throttle body with sensors included as well. The price difference was cheaper than I could get the sensors for seperately. Most of the throttle bodies out there can be purchased with or without the sensors. I didnt mean it as a gripe, I am happy with the price and quality.
