If you planning on going into the forced induction mods soon, I would wait. If not go ahead and do heads and cam swap.

I agree if you ever plan on forced induction then hold off on the cam swap and stuff until you are ready to do it all at once that way you can get a nice custom cam to match whatever setup you choose. If you are not planning on forced induction then go ahead with a nice heads and cam setup.

Get headers and exhaust, youll get nice sound and a little bit more hp

look at a cold air intake system and a ported TB.check out Texas Speed for a head/cam combo.what state do you live in ?AFR heads are smog legal .

Just do headers, cam and a low price set of heads. You can get everything from TSP while you are at it. Lol

A fast intake would make a very noticeable gain. Under drive pulley and a electric water pump would be a good gain also. A good light weight clutch would put the topping on it with some 3.90 gears and your looking at around 125mph trap speeds.....that's assuming yours is a 02-04 ls6.
