Default Flywheel bolts threaded?

Are the bolt holes on the flywheel threaded or should the bolts just slide in and out, trying to determine if I need a new flywheel after my bolts backed out

no the holes in the flywheel are straight thru but check the holes in the crank and put some loctite on when you reinstall so you dont have an oil leak out of the crank

If you dont put loctite on the bolts leaking oil will be the least of your worries.
