Default suspension help on f body

Have a 2000 ws6 m6. Bought the car with bilstein and strano lowering springs. Car looks good but rides rough and doesnt get traction worth a crap. Heard to get 90/10s in front and stock shocks and springs in back for good weight transfer?

I'd make sure the tire pressure isn't higher than 32psi, and remove the rear bump stop spacers, that should help with the ride quality. LCA relocation brackets and low deflection bushings in the LCAs, and disconnect the front sway-bar end-links an drop the rear tire pressure below 32 psi for better traction at the track.

Before you go off ruining the way the car drives, handles and rides with drag parts, make sure to get some sticky tires. All the weight transfer in the world isn't going to help if you are on **** tires.

Besides tires the two bolt-ons which is a must in order to get any decent traction from a f-body.

Upgrade the factory lower control arms and get a adjustable torque arm if you haven't already.

i have alot of suspension work done already. i lucked out and bought a car off a individual that already has a adj torque arm, relocation brackets, tubular upper and lower arms, but he lowered it and has a front and rear aftermarket sway bars, i love the way the car handles on the street. he built it for high speed curves idk. but bumps feel like the shocks rear bottom out. and its hard to pull into low things. like i pulled in to get on dyno and my crossmember hit. starting to cave in the brackets that are attached ot the floor board. and i just ordered mickeys today. slicks and da. i have two sets of rims. putting da on the daily rims and the mickeys slicks on the other rims. just need help with suspension. id have to read all the papers hes gave me to let yal know what all underthere. all thing are tubular and aftermarket underthere.

And I think we know why it rides badly.... That list of stuff is full of things that are probably messing with things. Add to that tire pressures and such and there you go.

The ride seems to be a problem in the rear, correct? Well the LCA's, the brackets and the TA can all be troubles there.
