Punched a hole in my Bazooka... So, while installing my bazookas today (using self tapping screws), my hand slipped and the drill went through the edge of the sub 
The tear is REALLY small. About the width of my pinky nail. My dad told me to seal it from both sides with liquid silicon, but I thought I would check here first.
The last photo has me putting a little pressure from the back so you can see the definition of the tear.

super glue the tears don't worry about it.
They are paper type or synthetic?
plenty of speaker cones have extra glue blobs on them it should not effect them

If the puncture is in the surround you can use black rtv silicone to seal it up. Make sure you seal it both on top and underneath. It'll work like new. If you want something different i have some 6.5" KICKER subs that I'm trying to get rid of.

but as Stated RTV is the best option to fix the surround, make sure and give it time to cure. also why are you using a cordless drill for installing the 6.5's, thats a screw drivers job, only time a DRILL should be NEAR a speaker is installing the screws for the SUBWOOFERS (not sail panels) into a WOOD box, mounting to factory locations shouldn't be done with power tools.

I wouldn't advise trying to repair them until you can post pictures we can see. I tore mine a bit when I installed mine and they are perfectly fine. The suspensions are really strong and can take small tears.
If you put extra weight (from a repair) on the suspension, it will throw your sound off.

Pictures don't work because there Google+ images, Google+ is not Forum friendy, only your friends on Google+ can see them.

Actually, the first time I installed them 2 years ago, I had. I don't remember why I didn't go that route, but I had a reason, hence the self-tapping screws.
So a google search recommended permatex ultra black on both sides of the suspension. Thoughts?

The Permatex Ultra Black worked GREAT. Sealed it up, let it sit for 12 hours, installed it, pushed the system pretty hard, didn't even budge. No difference in sound quality as far as I can tell.
