I got a LS2 engine out of a trailblazer and it spun a rod and ate up the crank pretty good. So I need a new or good used one. What other cranks can I use, I know all the 6.0s have same stroke. Also know that the ls1 is the same stroke.

It has to be a 24 tooth reluctor ring

I have seen a lot of people are saying lq9 and ls2 are the same.

The truck cranks usually aren't gun drilled so they weigh a little more. You can use an LS1 crank as well, check the balance however first before installing it.
