Default Need help with my rear end noise

I've got a 99 ss. I've had this rear end noise ever since I got the car. It's only slightly worse than when I got it. But the noise is coming from the passenger side rear of the car and gets louder when I turn left and quieter as I turn right (I'm guessing because of all the pressure being put to one or the other side causing it to get louder or quieter). I took it to a repair shop and they don't know what it is. The diff fluid doesn't have any metal shavings in it, most suspension parts have been upgraded (no sound difference before or after). And the rotors and pads have been changed. I'm guessing its a wheel bearing? I need your guys input on this. Thanks!

If itsin the rear its could be an axle bearing (most likley) but could also be a side carrier bearing. does it change at all on decel?

What kind of noise? Whining, howling, rubbing, grinding?
