I am selling a set of Kooks SS 1 7/8” race headers, and a Bassani SS dual exhaust with x pipe over the axle kit. I am pulling this exhaust off my 2002 Camaro because my buddies talked me into building a turbo kit, so I no longer need it. This is by far the best sounding exhaust setup I have heard and especially for f-bodies, as there is no rasp or drone. just a deep throaty muscle car v8 sound. Everything was recently purchased and has less than 1000 miles on it.

The headers are the “race” version so they do not have egr ports, they are in great shape with no dings or dents. They fit excellent and I had no issues with them hitting the k-member or floor pans like you do on cheaper headers.

The exhaust started out as a Bassani SS true dual exhaust. However, that kit is designed to bolt up to stock manifolds. I took the front half and cut it off and modified it to work with the headers. It now bolts right up to the headers. The exhaust fits great, is over the axle and doesn’t require anything special to run. Also it even fits with the stock cross member that goes under the drive shaft. (not sure what it is called), but in the pictures I do not have it installed as just had pulled the tranny out.

The exhaust should fit most aftermarket headers as many exit the exact same spot. I want to repeat that this is not the same Bassani kit you can go and buy off the shelf. It had to be modified and adapters welded on to work with headers, thus would cost several hundred extra to duplicate.

If you want both I will make you a package deal, and you will have a complete SS exhaust from headers to tips. This is a great system and is cheaper than you can buy a y pipe and axle back exhaust. I’d prefer to sell local but will ship at buyers expense.
