Default Question about my tune

My 98 z28 ls1 has a dyno tune on the pcm from the original owner. It also HAD long tubes. Currently has cats and manifolds, I'm going back to long tubes in the next month or so (no cats). My question is: if I plug in my obdII reader, which shows activity of both front and rear O2's, will I be able to tell if the rear O2's were tuned out? ie rear O2's would show no activity if they are already tuned out. Or will I still be able to see information coming from them even if they are tuned out/turned off? Hope that makes sense.

You can't turn off the rear o2s what they do is make it so no activity in the rear o2 won't throw the SES light on

The way to check to see if they are tuned out is to look at the readiness tests, if they show complete, unplug the battery and check again without driving. If the cat tests show complete instantly, then it has been modified to delete them. If it shows not ready, then it has not.
