Hello Everyone,

We are currently restoring a 1972 Pontiac LeMans and doing a LS/T56 swap. The car ill be ready for paint in 2 weeks and we are having trouble deciding on an exact color.

We would like to do a metallic gray on car, something similar to cyber gray metallic used on the new Camaro and Corvette... we may even use the cyber gray metallic. But I would like to see if anyone has any similar gray metallic suggestions or paint codes?

I painted mine about a year ago when I saw the new ZL1 Camaro in Ashen Grey Metallic. I wanted it a dark grey metallic but wasn't sold on Cyber Grey. I really like how it came out and it looks great in the sun.

Magnetic grey metallic - it's a toyota paint with a blueish hue to it, but looks fantastic. Tons of flake, and as far as I can tell, a fantastic quality paint.

Ashen Grey from the 2013 Camaro is very sweet shade of grey, much more so than Cyber imo.

Does the ashen grey metallic on the new Camaro look blue? It looks like a lot of blue and gold flake in the one picture? I can't find any cars in my area at dealerships to look at.

Lambo Grey Pearl... looks awesome in person.. in bright sun it looks almost platinum, in medium it looks like this and as it gets darker it looks gunmetal and nearly black at night.. the amount of pearl in it gives it a cool effect.

I work on the 2013 SRT Viper...well the Gun Metal color that's available for the car is pretty nice. It's a greyish color with a weird but nice brown/green tone to it. Look into it even though it's not a grey but not to far from it.
