Just put my new motor in and I'm getting a 4500-5000rpm idle

mite be a vacuum leak.check any thing connected to the intake or TB.how was it tuned ?is the MAP sensor good ?

Could be vac leak only thing unplugged is maf but first time started in a year stock tune on turbo "not into intake"
