Those running a remote water pump
What is your set up? I saw someone here had a radiator made by griffin and had a meizire water pump mounted to it. What kind of power is supported by a set up like that? Same cooling? I'm very tight with space so looking to go this route maybe. I also see moroso makes the adapter kit. What about the serpentine belt.I'm running f-body accessories .

im running an afco radiator with a meziere pump mounted to it, its a 3 core design. this will be my first year with it though so not sure how its going to cool. ive been told it does a great job but there are no provisions for a thermostat so im a little concerned about that. i eliminated my AC and power steering also so i just have a 4 rib belt running my alternator which is also relocated.

So I found this thread. Only thing is no one here is running a T-stat which I assume should be a a street driven car with occasional heat needed? I know moroso make a remote t-stat housing as does meizire but looking for one with -16 ports or suppose I can put in a -12 to -16 fitting if those are made?
And wonder if there is any issues with serpentine belt routing without the WP pulley. Still going to run PS and Alt.
And maybe this would have been better posted in the conversion page lol

Does anyone know if they make a fitting that would allow you to Y the top hoses before going back to the top of the radiator? Looking for one that I can put on the top fitting of the block or come out of the thermostat.
Or is there another place to supply the heater with?

I used one of them pro comp 130gpm along with a 16an inlet the rest 12an, no t-stat. The motor is a stock lq4 and runs on e85, when its 60 degrees the engine temp stays around 160 driving, at a idle it never gets to a temp that registers on my gauge. I'm not proud that I used a off brand pump, but its what I could afford at the time.
